This picture has a great background, and a well detailed and colorful dragon. However....NO ONE ESCAPES! 1) I fail to understand how over half of the muscle and weight of this snake dragon can remain aloft, while being supported only by a significantly weaker and smaller tail. 2) It looks like you got lazy on the back spine, going from intricately wavy yellow fin to just a red dash for the remaing part of the fin, and completely stopping even before the tail ended. However, the head is brilliantly shaped, and the color scheme is very good *despite the fact that I hate orange*

OOOhh, pretty. @Rana, It looks to me like she stuck the existing picture onto a seperate back ground, I don't think the red between the spikes is acctualy fin.

(yeah, I read it a bit ago, hehe) *flies after Nayru, Raina's colors striking against the other's. Watches Nayru for a few moments, then looks ahead into the distance* So...where are we going?

he he. you'll see! *speeds up, heading towards mountains which are now much closer*

Okay! *flies overtop of and around Nayru, twisting about in the air and enjoying herself like a newly-fledged hatchling*

ha ha!! i love flying!! *chases raina doing own crazy stunts* *zooms over mountain top and turns around* he he. Bye!! *plumets behind mountains*

*flares her wings and blinks uncertainly, following Nayru over the top of the mountain and hovering there* Excuse you!!! *follows, slowly circling lower and lower*

*ocean is below gigantic cliff* *splash in the water below* (time lapse) *flies up cliff next to raina* *shakes water off* brr!! you have GOT to try that sometime!!!

*blinks* OKAY!! *speeds past and dives head-first into the water. Surfaces and flies out of the ocean with a loud birdlike squawk* that's COLD!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yep!! i like it that way!! come on, my cave is about halfway down the cliff. there is a ledge that juts out in front of it, so its sort of hard to see. *swoops down and perches on ledge* its right here!

*looks down at the cold ocean with a slight grimace and lights down on the ledge next to you* Nice!

*crawls into cave and blows a fire-ball which hangs in the air above our heads* come on, the water's not THAT cold!!! (man, i wish i could italicise!!)

*shivers, following behind you* For =you= maybe! But for those of us who don't have much of a tolerance for cold, that's FREEZING! *chortles and folds her wings close to her back, her feet sounding sloppy on the cave floor*

*fire moves closer to raina* at least fire is always warm! well, i know this cave is kinda small, but it has a few chambers for diferent things (mirror room, treasure, sleeping) and at least i dont have to duck my head even when i sit on my back legs

*snuggles close to the fire, its heat killing the water's chill. Looks around* Not bad...what's the mirror room for?

well, i have this special power to... you know... well... i can kinda travel through the mirror world.... BUT DONT COME WITH ME!!! dspice got into loads of trouble last time and i hardly know where we ended up....

Ooooh....*blinks at the mirrors* Poor Dspice...

we eventually got her out. i told her to stay put, but she changed to her lizzard form and snuck past me. harumph! well, that wont happen again, because someone with the power to travel through mirrors wont get lost, but if they dont, they need help getting inside and thats not a mistake i will make again.

Well, I guess she learned her lesson, huh? *chortles quietly and walks over to peek into the treasure room*

*magical barrier throws raina back* *sweetly* sorry, i dont let visitors into the treasure room, but you can see my sleeping chamber and my magic chamber

*rubs the end of her muzzle* OwwwwWWW. A bit of warning would have been nice there! *snorts at then trumps over to look inside the sleeping chamber*

(i havent designed this room totally, so you can think of what you see. i think i have a small area of water, but i dont know)

*looks around, nods, and moves on to the magic chamber* Hmm...

(its the chamber where i do my magic. there are some very exotic thing and a heavy smell of magic)

*inches inside of the chamber uncertainly, sensing the magic in her scales. Sits in the middle of the chamber, shivers gently, then sneezes* O.=.o

*sits on back legs and holds out right hand* *the air seems to become drier as a thick rope of ware forms and stretches out* *i wave other hand and the camber expands to large dome, the rope doesnt change* *hops on rope, still extending it* as the rope continues to form, i ride on its current, going around the room at a rpid pace*

*shuffles her wings, the feel of the magic buzzing strangely in her scales, making her a bit uneasy. Ignores the feeling and watches you, impressed* WOOHOO!

*circles around and comes back down* are you alergic to magic or something? you look... i dont know... kind of sick or something.

*shifts from one foreclaw to the other* I don't know...maybe I'm just...sensitive to it? *looks at you, a bit uncertain*

*sniffs air* *dome dissapears and cave becomes regular again, but magic is still in the air* follow me, QUICKLY!!! *runs off through cave* *runs into maze* *hands rope to Raina* dont let go, the maze moves. (btw, the thing i did before was called line riding) (i need to go now... SORRY!!! sis is being mean and stealing the comp... Bye!! (btw, i cant comment at all after this)

'Ello. I know DragonSpice here in person, so I can speak for her. She eplained some things of this drawing for me. For instance, the yellow to red spinal fins are supposed to be that. That is just how Sunkist's coloration works. And it stops like that, due to the fact that it is just how Sunkist works.

despite that, it still looks like a lazy transition, because there is not nearly as much detail in the lower part of the fin as there is in the higher part. But of course, that's just me, so I'll stop griping now.
