i guess i should discribe their color scheme since they are black and white..... the singer is a white dragon with rainbow hair, the drummer is a steel gray with black metal spikes, the guitarist is a right green (refer to previous piccy) and and the bass guitarist is an all black dragon with electric white hair that randomly sparks....

but...no blue? *tear sniffle cry weep mourn*

well the little bands on the drumer are blue and all of their eyes except for the guitarist are blue bu different shades of course n.n

I have read Ender's Game, as well as Speaker for the Dead, Xenocide, Children of the Mind and Ender's Shadow... Ender's Game is definitively the best of the bunch, the others books are a bit... disappointing.

WOOT! *high fives tempest* Hmm...I kinda like Speaker for the Dead best, except for Novinha. *despises Novinha with an absolute passion* Ender's Game is really awesome too. Although, I kinda agree, Ender's Shadow and Xenocide and Children of the Mind are not nearly as good as those too. Plus, tis a good thing you didn't finish Bean's series...b/c the ending SUX for that one. The ending for Ender is better, although not great at all. But once I read Bean's ending, in comparison I was satisfied with the ending for Ender. Anyway...so now we can discuss Ender's Game issues and no one else will know whereof we speak! *evil grin* so...who's your favorite character?

Ender is my favorite character because in a way, he reminds me of ad&d character I played years ago (before I read that book). Just a note about the other books, they contain a interesting story in term of xeno-biology (to some extend, because the author rely on several deus ex machina to get to the end), but I think they are disappointing mainly because it's just show the story of a fallen hero; the kind of character that after accomplishing so much so young is then reduced to a shadow of his former self. In real life, most heroes probably end up like this anyway, but I just can't shake the felling that after Ender's Game, Andrew wasted his life.

With Ender's Shadow (Bean's story for people who haven't read the saga), the issue I had with this book is that they changed a few things in the original story that, in my opinion do not make the story better. For example, when the MD device get turned into a bomb instead of a ray, the Battle room (where kids use ray guns) purpose is diminished.

@Temest: Ender's my favorite character too, mostly because I loves him to death! <3 lol, but besides that, he IS pretty awesome! My favorite book is Speaker for the Dead because...well...idk how to put it but it seems to have more...idk, feeling I guess. Like, you begin to understand the characters better and become connected to them more. So, I like it because of that, even though the book has less action than Ender's Game. Although, I agree with you on Xenocide and Children of the Mnd and Ender's Shadow. I don't like how Ender eventually fades into oblivion in Children of the Mind, and Ender's Shadow completely destroys Ender's compassionate yet broken character portrayed in Ender's Game.
