I have never once got a present on v day T^T all it is is a gimic for shops to make heaps of money selling useless gifts that either make you fat or are just plain useless.

I get the point of v-day, and I think it's ok...for couples. But since I've never actually been part of a couple, it kinda sux. Ah well...ti sstill fun to give chocolates to friends and whatnot.

people take v day way too far. two of my friends are practically lovebirds. that day i had to go to the store and i asked my friend to come along and she shows up with her boyfriend. internally i was annoyed and kinda thinkin "wth i meant just you" but i didnt show it. im friends with the guy and we seem to have more in common than she does to him (anime's the big one we share)...weird...anyway, so i didnt really care. ive had boyfriends before but not during v day. never made it that far. overall ive never cared much for the holiday.

i don't have anything against v day. this is the first time i've ever had a boyfriend on said day, and he's in africa right now. but he still managed to get me a rose.

Idk, personally I think that our whole society's view of love in general is screwed. And since v-day celebrates love, v-day is screwed too. *shrugs*

okays, real quickie question that i kno ive already bugged catc about--how the crap do u make and successfully post an icon? T_T

oh yu mean an avatar? take an image that you like and shrink it down to 50x50 pixels. it needs to either be a jpeg and gif file. it takes a while sometimes for the site to change the image so you might not get to see it right away. to get my image down to size i use Photoshop. if yu want to make a new image for the icon what i do on PS is use a 500X500 pixel canvas (or any perfect square canvas will work) draw what i want and when im done i go to "image size" and shrink it to 50x50 pixel. the quality will remain the same it will just be a lot smaller. to save it i go to "save for web" and save it that way. it doesnt screw with the quality as much and you can see how big the file and actual image will be. then when its done go to "edit settings" on your page where it says "more." go to "identity" and at the top there should be a "change avatar" button. click that and select the file. click OK at the bottom of the page and your done! as i said, with the site being so big it might take a while for it to change. they got better with it but itll still take some time. if i made it sound confusing tell me and ill try again.

I have a story. The beheaded dragon was the living dragon's twin brother. They were very close and loved each other very much. However, the beheaded dragon did something to tick off the humans, and they entered his cave and beheaded him while the living dragon was out hunting. The living dragon, upon returning to his cave, sees his brother's head (the humans dragged out the body for parts), and in his rage accidentally stabs his tail through the head. Lifting his tail up to see, he sees his brother's bloodied face, and completely loses his mind, imagining his brother speaking and saying, "How are you today, dearest brother? You look very well." And the living but now insane dragon replies, "You're looking fine today, too!"

lol xD but its more along the lines of --> teh living dragon hated the currently beheaded one and is absolutely insane :3

hmmm...then the twin brother did something to piss off the living one, which THEN set the living one to a course of insanity!

Or maybe it was a territorial confrontation! An old enemy!! Or the dead dragon was a failed hero, and the living evil dragon is mocking him! Oh the possibilities!

and oh! the drama! 8D xDDD maybe they're brothers! maybe they're sisters (O.o)! maybe the live one has a hidden extra toe! OMG! x3
