The detail and design on this one are very good, however, there are several anatomy problems throughout. The head, first of all, is far too big for the neck and the rest of the body. The forelimb is way off and bent completely out of shape--you have what should be a wing arm twist around and become a forelimb. Also, the front feet and the back feet look like they should be on two entirely seperate creatures. The curvature of the tail is not very smooth, and could be worked on. However, since this dragon, you have improved greatly on your design, so please do not take offense at anything I've said. You have gotten much better since you drew this picture.

Thanks much Rana. He's an oldie but a goodie...lol. I enjoy his design mainly because of the little necklace thing he wears...other than that I might've scrapped him.
Yes, the necklace is cool. I like the face, though. It's very. . . interesting.
*Pendant grins* Why thank you...lol
De nada.
*wonders if perhaps the necklace has magical powers*
I believe so...I never really thought about it...I think it gives dragons the ability to speak our language. *Pendant winks* Yup.
I thought dragons already naturally had that ability?
Pendant is a special dragon...LOL...ah. I didn't know that, Rana. They probably do...hmmm
well, all dragons on here speak the same language, and we supposedly come from various sections of the entire universe.
Hmmm...then the necklace would have to enforce Pendant's powers. Pendant can teleport, but only for a short time. The necklace is a kind of battery...how's that?
*shrugs* beats me, you're the one who made it up!
I think I'll keep it...I've always wanted a dragon with teleporting powers...kinda cool...
Yeah. I used to have teleporting powers, but only as Ellidora. Jenu could never teleport very well.
Hi Tweaked! Trully, this dragon is... strange. I said strange, but I didn't say I don't like him

@ Rana...LOL...that reminds me of a story I once wrote about this girl that could teleport. She ended up hanging upside-down in a tree. Hi Acylius! LOL...well, it's good that you like him. He is strange, I'll give you that.

Woah. That's complicated. *rubs head* My brain hurts. But very cool.
Well...yeah, a little, but it makes sense if you think about it. You know how in Aalgaesia magic works only if there is physical energy behind the spell? Well, magic in the Adrem System is much the same. Hadina did not have the technical knowledge required to make a trans-planet portal, and she knew this. She thought she could substitute her lack of knowledge for a mass of herbal energy prepared beforehand. However, it wasn't enough, so she was forced to give up her own bodily energy in order to keep the portal going and not strand Rana in the middle of the Void. Had her conscience stayed in her body, Hadina would have died, but instead, it made a last minute escape, which is then described above.
Whoa...hence is why and how Hadina was trapped in Rana's mind. Interesting...and really cool
*nods* But, besides that very detailed knowledge of the short period of time that Hadina interacted with Rana, I know very little about her background or what she did after she left Rana. Still, she is a very cool character, and I would like to explore her more.
That would make for a very interesting novel.
Well, I wouldn't make her the sole character in a novel, but I could very easily include her in either the Alakester story or the Ardos story (or, with some manipulating/name changing, both)
Hmmm...that might be an idea...
Well, it would make sense if Hadina didn't return to either Alakester or Kietsu after she got a new body, and would thus go to Ardos. However, if I manage to write and publish both stories, it would kind of confuse readers as to why the same character is on two different planets, thus I'd have to do a bit of name changing.
Yeah...would cause quite a few headaches if you didn't...

AH...that would be a good idea. I've always wanted to read that book, but I've never had the chance.
Same here. I've always wondered what the history of Middle-Earth was.
The truth is, I've watched all the movies, and I've only read The Hobbit...which was a really good book, but I know the books have way more detail than the movies, so I'm definitely gonna read them...sometime. LOL...I love those movies.
I've read the hobbit, the fellowship, the two towers, and part of the return of the king, but by the time I got that far in the series, there were so many characters and so many names and so many things happening all at once that I completely lost track of what was going on...so yeah. That's as far in the series as I've gotten. I have, however, watched and adored all three movies, because the LotR movies are AMAZING!!!!!

o yeah
![]() ![]() |
I've heard those book are really confusing, but I'm sure I'll read them sometime...even if it takes me forever to read them
![]() |
I have to admit though...for level of entertainment and exciting story-telling, the movies really take the cake. I mean, even in fellowship of the ring, the book takes at least twenty years of middle-earth time just to get Frodo out of the shire...the movie only takes a few minutes.
Very true...they're drawn out and (no offense to poor old Tolkien) kinda boring. The movies speed the story up nicely, so you get to the good parts.

Yeah, and I think the actors did a very good job portraying their parts, all the acting was quite believable I thought.
I love Gandalf! The actor playing Frodo did well too.
Gandalf is amazing! But frodo....>.< Goshdarnyou frodo! *shakes fist in his general direction*
You don't like Frodo?
>.< He left Sam...Sam who was with him and beside him all the way...twice!!! ARGH! He even chose Gollum over Sam once! I officially hated Frodo after that...no one disses my sam and lives!
![]() |
Oh yeah...poor Sam. I feel bad for him...scratch that...Sam is my favorite LOL
![]() |
I think Pippin's cute...I don't know why...Sam's cute too, but you said it first...
![]() |
Yes! Sam is mine! But you're right, Pippin is pretty darn cute, but I think Marry is the cuter of the two. Pippin really is an idiot in the beginning,

I know!
