Raven, when you draw metallic parts, do you draw and colour it in then use an eraser for the shine parts, or do you just leave those parts devoid of colour to begin with.

Hiya Pyrah! I do both. I shade through the centre of each part, not touching either side but leaving a fuzzy black centre. I repeat that with dark brown, just going over the black slightly. Then I used yellow on this one, erased the shine, then brushed yellow ochre inkhe inwards toward each shiny part.
