OK this is mostly for my book but also for the sake of wanting to know. Warning this is a biology question technically How do the wings of a dragon and griffin compare and what would happen if they were fused |

Dragon wings are leathery in appearance, probably similar to bat's wings. Griffins have wings pretty much identical to bird's wings, a stiffer framework with feathers. Fused... I don't know... Possibly something like Archeopteryx's wings. |

I took biologly, so I would try to answer it to the best of my ability. Some dragons do have feathers, like a bird. So a fuse might be possible. Griffin have feathers wings, but with the classic dragon wings it might impossible. |

i think that maybe if they were fused they would look like saphira's wings on eragon. |
